Mercy Day
The web based 'Connect' meeting held by Mercy Global Action at the end of November was a wonderful success.
Students who participated in the Pilgrimage of Young Mercy Leaders continue to embody Mercy Leadership in their school and civic communities.

Among those celebrating Jubilees this past year was MAST, the Mercy Association in Scripture in Theology.
In an effort to preserve and protect preciousresources, and to make these treasures more accessible throughout the Mercy world, MIA has begun the process of digitizing archival resources.
On Sunday 7th October a group of enthusiastic people met to commence formal planning for the Young Mercy Leaders’ Pilgrimage to be held in Dublin, 16th – 19th July 2013.

On this 185th anniversary since Catherine opened the House of Mercy on Baggot Street, eighty five Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Associates, partners in ministry and friends of Mercy celebrated Mercy Day in her original house on Baggot Street.
The great feast that unites the Mercy world is Mercy Day. Its origin dates back to September 24th,1827 when the House on Baggot Street opened as a school for the education of poor young girls and as a residence for homeless girls and women.
