The cassette tape Living Water is a collection of songs for reflection and prayer written by Dolores Nieratka, RSM, and Dan McCullough, S.J., that includes "Celebration" and the version of Catherine McAuley's "Suscipe" that are sung by Sisters of Mercy across the country.
"Let Justice Bud Forth" commemorated the tenth anniversary of Groundwork For A Just World.
"Standing For Our God" was written for the Groundwork-sponsored Pentecost prayer service for Agnes Mary Mansour in 1984.
"Psalm 63" was written for a memorial liturgy for Emily George, RSM held in January, 1985.
"Best Gift" expresses the significance of infant baptism while recognizing the need for later deepening of this commitment.
Paul Quinlan of North American Liturgy Resources said of Dolores' music: "Her writing is very special, the lyrics so strongly rooted in real spirituality. She really makes a melody and -- what's so exciting to me -- melodies that are contemporary and American flavored."
