The Ever Open Door. Memories of Sr. Eucharia Keane

A collection of tributes to and memories of Sister Eucharia, nee Nance Keane (1915-2005), a member of the Sisters of Mercy since 1936 , who had a long career first as a teacher-of the Travelling people among others- for thirty years, and then in social work.

Sr Eucharia Keane was somebody whose goodness helps the goodness in ourselves to grow. Her social caring and her very presence left a deep impression on the lives of many people and a number of them have now come together with Ambrose Tinley, OSB to recall and share their memories of this extraordinary person.

Their hope would be that anyone who reads them will be touched, as they were, by that Spirit which was so evident in her.
