Support the work of Mercy International Association by hosting a "Good Cup of Tea" event on or around November 11th, the 170th anniversary of Catherine's death.

Share details of the plans you have for your " Good Cup of Tea" event and photos from your event, or from Mercy places and spaces where Sisters, associates, colleagues and members of the Mercy network are shown enjoying a good cup of tea prior to the event.

EVENTS TO COME:

Mercy Philippines shall be commemorating the 170th Death Anniversary of our dear Foundress, the Venerable Catherine McAuley with our local version of a cup of tea. After the 5 pm Mass at the Mother of Mercy Hospital in Tacloban City, Philippines. Those participating shall share a bowl of porridge with shreds of chicken meat to remember Catherine's passion for heath ministry with caring hearts and healing hands.

Our community (Burlingame, CA (West Mid West) is planning a White Elephant Silent Auction on 11/11/11 with proceeds going to MIA. Items not bid on will be given to St. Vincent de Paul thrift shop.

The Sisters of Mercy of the Union Great Britain Leadership Team have issued a general invitation to all for a 'Good Cup of Tea' in Harewood Ave from 11a.m to 3.30 0n 11/11/11 and have invited all their communities to plan a morning, afternoon or evening with other communities, Associates, neighbours, schools, youth groups, other faiths, etc..

Catherine McAuley High School, Westmead, Sydney is having a "McAuley's Got Talent" day on 11th November. In conjunction with this, the Year 11 Hospitality Students are planning to hold a "Good Cup of Tea" gathering as well.

Mercy Association (Dallas Location) and the Development Office are holding their 3rd Cup of Tea event on Saturday, November 12, 2011 between 2pm and 4pm. There will be tea and refreshments, musical entertainment, raffles and door prizes and... A Visit from Catherine McAuley.
