MIA Officers

At the May 2009 Annual General Meeting of Mercy International Association Sister Patricia Bell (Institute of Our Lady of Mercy, England) was elected Chairmember, and Sister Nerida Tinkler (Institute of the Sisters of Mercy Australia) was elected Deputy Chair member.

For part of their May meetings, Members spent time in theological reflection on the MIA Vision, focusing around the question: In the light of the new story and growing understanding of religious life, what does it mean to be in radical communion beyond all borders: with one another, and among those most in need of God’s compassion and mercy.
