Laudato Si' Anniversary - Day Three - 12 June 2017

Civil unrest, armed conflicts and terror attacks, religious, ethnic and racial persecution, domestic violence, murders,  trafficking in persons and other forms of modern slavery, economic inequality, climate change, decreasing biodiversity... there are many examples in our world of violence and the desperate need we have for peace. 

On 1 June 2017 the Global Peace Index 2017, the world's leading measurement of country peacefulness, was released. What did it reveal?

And so we pray...

as brothers and sisters, harming no one.
