MIA Prayer Intention for the Coming Week: Germanwings airline tragedy

MIA joins in prayer for the 150 victims from at least 18 countries of the Germanwings air disaster, and for their relatives, friends and colleagues.

The manner in which the lives of these babies, schoolchildren, grandparents, holidaymakers, teachers, exchange students, family members, business executives, reporters and opera singers and airline crew appear to have been deliberately taken — so suddenly, so violently — shocks us all.

We join with all persons everywhere who strive for a culture of nonviolence and who work for the health and wellbeing of all peoples.
