World Day of Peace

From January 26-29, the Institute Leadership Team of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas will meet in Jamaica with Designated Leaders from their member countries-Argentina, Belize, Chile, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, Peru, Philippines.

The theme for the meeting will be 'Leadership:a Ministry of Hospitality-We Welcome One Another as Leaders; We Welcome the Future; We Welcome the Unfamiliar.'

The Leadership Team will meet with the 25 regional community presidents in Silver Spring, Maryland (where the Institute Offices are located) from January 31-February 4, 2002.
