Volunteers at Mercy International Centre

Thank you to our regular volunteers from the Irish Congregation: Marian Rankin rsm (5 days per week), Carita Irwin rsm (4 days per week), Catherine Gibbons rsm (2 days per week) and Joan Duddy rsm & Carmel Byrne rsm (1 day per week). Thank you also to Betty Lacey who worked with Catherine Gibbons rsm supporting the work of Mercy Global Concern.

We were blessed to have the following international volunteers during the year for three months or more:

Each person contributed his/her time and talents in many ways – archive work, general hospitality, carpentry, painting, housekeeping, conducting tours, supermarket shopping, reception duties, overnight ‘on call’ duty, dining room & kitchen duties, etc.
