Touched by the Holy: Contemplation, Gratitude, and Compassion (MIA)

Editor: In the fourth and final week of Watering the Roots at the Wellspring of Mercy, Janet Ruffing rsm engaged the group on the topic :'Touched by the Holy: Contemplation, Gratitude, and Compassion'. Janet engaged the group in exploring the deep roots of mercy spirituality and the mystical roots of compassion. In her rich and insightful presentations she drew on a wide range of sources including Julian of Norwich, Meister Eckhart,Teresa of Avila, Julian of Norwich as well as Catherine McAuley .

Over these four weeks readers of Mercy E-News have been invited through the power of technology to experience virtually something of the richness of the 2013 Wellsprings renewal experience. In the next e-news participants will share their responses and reflections to the lived experience of these weeks.
